Delete Your Account
Hero Call is developed and published by Nidal A. M. Alshawwaf.
In the app
Open Hero Call, sign in, go to Account → Delete Account, and confirm. This is immediate and cannot be undone — it removes your parent account, credit balance and purchase history, and any custom hero characters you created.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email kol.eljra7.90@gmail.com from your Google account's address with the subject "Delete my account," and we'll delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your parent account (name, email)
- Credit balance and purchase history
- Any custom hero characters you generated
Hero Call never stores anything about your child on our servers in the first place (see our Privacy Policy) — that data lives only on your device and is removed simply by deleting the app.
